Fold away beds can be used in some rooms at a charge of £15 per night
All rooms are dorms excluding the doubles
All rooms and rates are subject to availability
All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit/debit card.
All accounts are payable in full on arrival.
In the unlikely event that you have to cancel your reservation, deposits are not refundable or transferable.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival will be charged for the first night in full.
A booking of 10 or more guests is deemed a GROUP booking and is subject to the terms and conditions
for Group Bookings which are available on request.
It is advisable to have holiday cancellation insurance to cover any costs incurred.
We reserve the right to withdraw all availability of these rates without prior notification.
Room rates are inclusive of: your room and continental breakfast, subject to availability.
