Ace York Terms
- All rooms are dorms excluding the double & family rooms.
- All rooms and rates are subject to availability.
- All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit/debit card.
- All outstanding accounts are payable in full on arrival.
- Families with children must book a private room as under 16s are not to share with other guests.
- In the unlikely event that you have to cancel your reservation, deposits are not refundable or transferable and all cancellations need to be in writing.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival will be charged for the first night in full.
- A booking of 10 or more guests is deemed a GROUP booking and is subject to the terms and conditions for Group Bookings which are available on request.
- It is advisable to have holiday cancellation insurance to cover any costs incurred.
- We reserve the right to withdraw all availability of these rates without prior notification.
- All guests are entitled to a free continental breakfast between 7am – 9am.
- Rates include VAT @ 20%.
